Ref.1188は、カデットのゴールドケースに与えられたリファランスです。同じリファランスで金無垢と金メッキが存在しますが、この時計は18金無垢のローズゴールドになます。 ヴィーナス社のCal.188は、民生機では初めてのカム式の採用で、安定度とメンテナンスの容易性が向上した量産型ムーブメントです。そして、カデットの代名詞にもなったロングセラーのムーブメントです。オリジナルの文字盤は、シミ焼けがうっすら見られますが保存状態は良い方だと思います。

Ref.1188 is a reference given to Cadet in "Gold case"(there are solid gold and gold-plated). The Venus Cal.188 is a mass-produced movement that is the first consumer device to use a cam type and has improved stability and ease of maintenance. And it is a movement that has become synonymous with Cadet. The original dial has a slight stain, but I think it is in good condition.

The association is a national institution that restores and protects British-owned cultural heritage watches and certifies national watchmakers. They are based in Upton Village, Nottinghamshire.
